How do I confirm my booking?
A 50% deposit of the total service value is required to confirm your reservation. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit has been received.
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining 50% can be paid on the day of the service, either before departure or at the end of the transfer.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service time do not require payment of the remaining balance. The 50% deposit is non-refundable, as it secures the vehicle exclusively for your reservation.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service time will be charged at 100% of the total reserved service value.
